Hostel Adventure Program Turns "10"!
This past winter the Hostel Adventure Program (HAP) officially turned ten. By this summer nearly ten thousand deserving children and hundreds of teachers and parents will have experienced the Hostel Adventure Program. Through their overnight stays in hostels, children interact with travelers from all over the globe. For many kids, the Hostel Adventure Program is their first taste of outdoor adventure. Since HAP’s beginnings, the goal has been to make outdoor adventure available to all Bay Area youth, particularly those at risk.
