From the Amtrak Train Station

Be sure you get off the train at the main Sacramento station (not the Capitol station), located at I Street and 5th Street. Walk 1 block north to H Street, then walk 5 blocks east to 10th Street. The hostel is on your lefthand side, at H Street and 10th Street.

From the Greyhound Bus Station

From the front of the terminal, take Sacramento Regional Transit bus #15. (Bus fare is $2.50, exact change.) Get off at the third stop, at J and 6th streets. Walk 2 blocks north to H Street, then 4 blocks east to 10th Street. The hostel is on your lefthand side, at H Street and 10th Street.

From the Megabus Station

The Megabus makes several daily trips between San Francisco and Sacramento. The trip takes about two hours and costs around $10 (often less) each way. The Megabus dropoff and pickup location in Sacramento is located at 6740 Q Street, a short walk from the University/65th Light Rail Station. To get to the hostel, take the Gold Line to the Sacramento Valley Station or the 8th and H Street Station. Walk east along H Street for 4 blocks or 2 blocks, respectively. The hostel is on your lefthand side, at H Street and 10th Street.

From the Airport

Option A
Take a Yolo bus to 8th and J streets (from $2.00).

Option B
Take a shuttle van to the hostel (from $15.00).

Option C
By car, take Interstate 5 South to the J Street exit, and follow J Street to 10th Street. Turn left on 10th Street. The hostel is 2 blocks north, at 10th and H streets. Please call ahead to the hostel for parking instructions.
